ANNECY
Annecy has excellent communications with the rest of France. There is a small regional airport Aeroport d'Annecy-Meythet with daily flights to Paris. The central TGV line, easy access to both Geneva airport and to Lyon airport( respectively 30mins and 50 mins drive), and other regional airports of France plus improvements to the road infrastructure between Geneva and France has made this already desirable location to own property even more desirable. It is anticipated that there will be an influx of foreign purchasers from Switzerland once this motorway is completed wishing to take advantage of the more competitive property prices in France.

There are charming villages along the lake to stop en route such as Veyrier du Lac, Menthon St Bernard, Talloires, Sevrier, St Jorioz, and Duingt.
